Established in 2020 Sleeping Giant Biscotti Company is dedicated to providing a premium product with the best ingredients at a competitive price.

 

We produce high quality, handmade North American style biscotti. Our unique recipe and baking process creates biscotti that are a bit softer and much more flavourful and dynamic than the traditional Italian style.

The natural elements in our logo pay homage to our roots in Thunder Bay Ontario - with a biscotti shaped like the Sleeping Giant a mountain chain familiar to those who call our city home, the Northern Lights which are a familiar sight during winter in Northern Ontario, and the rippling blue waters of Lake Superior. You will also notice the Big Dipper near the top of our logo - because of course our biscotti is big on flavour, and ready to be dipped in the hot or cold beverage of your choice!
