April 2nd 2026 - We're sad to announce that Taylor Green, the driving force behind Sleeping Giant Biscotti Company has passed away suddenly. Business operations are currently suspended while we his friends and family mourn his loss. We thank you for all the heartfelt messages of condolence we've received.
Founded in 2020 in Thunder Bay Ontario, Sleeping Giant Biscotti Company is a small family owned bakery business.
We produce handmade gourmet North American style biscotti using a unique recipe.
Compared to traditional Italian style biscotti ours are slightly softer and much more flavourful.
